Scholarship Program
Application for 2021-2022
The Mid-Michigan CFMA Chapter will be providing three scholarships in the amount of $500 or greater for the 2021-2022 academic school year.
To qualify, the student must be a member or have a parent or guardian who is employed by a member company of the Mid-Michigan chapter of CFMA. There are no restrictions on the student’s intended field of study. All applications must be completed and signed by the student, or if the student is a minor, the student’s parent or guardian. An independent scholarship committee will review the applications.
The scholarship will be based on a combination of the following criteria:
- GPA (Note – In prior years, an official transcript was required as proof of academic performance. Recognizing there may be logistical challenges involved with obtaining an official transcript this year, you may submit any sufficient evidence such as a report card showing cumulative GPA, unofficial academic records, etc.)
- Extracurricular activities
- Written essay
- Interview
Submit the application and a copy of your transcript postmarked no later than July 14, 2021, to:
